The contact details that the Site visitor can use to transmit any requests, notifications or complaints regarding the Terms and Conditions, Privacy and Data Protection Policy, Cookie Policy, as well as any other information published on the Site, policies or operations performed by the Company, are indicated at point 1 above. The term in which the Company will transmit a response is at most 30 days from receiving the request.

These terms and conditions are assumed by the Company, but also by the Site visitors (i.e., you). Consequently, the use of the Site by visitors/users automatically implies acceptance of all the provisions below and the policies referred to (where the law does not require additional steps for expressing acceptance), as well as the assumption of the obligation that they possess the free and full right and capacity to access the Site, place orders, create user accounts, and provide information to the Company. IF THE VISITOR DOES NOT ACCEPT OR AGREE IN FULL TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHER DISPLAYED POLICIES, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE, DO NOT CREATE A USER ACCOUNT, DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTERS, DO NOT PROVIDE TESTIMONIALS, DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE, AND DO NOT SEND MESSAGES USING THE 'CONTACT' SECTION, CHAT BOX, OR BY CALLING THE NUMBER DISPLAYED ON THE SITE AND INDICATED IN ART. 1 ABOVE. Site visitors can access it without creating a user account and without being obliged to purchase any product. Also, the Site visitor may freely send messages with requests, complaints, or questions to Normandia through the 'Contact' section, in the WhatsApp chat box, or by calling the number displayed on the Site and indicated in art. 1 above.

Following an order request made on the site, the message sent is automatically generated and is not a confirmation that products are in stock. The order request turns into a valid order and is honored after the user is contacted and stock is confirmed, and they confirm the placement of the order. Thus, products are delivered by Normandia only following confirmed order requests and within the limits of available stocks. Stock status is mentioned as follows: - IN STOCK: the product is in physical stock and can be delivered based on an online order, AFTER ORDER CONFIRMATION. - OUT OF STOCK: the product is no longer available in stock. The contract will be concluded when Normandia confirms the order received from the user. ORDER CANCELLATION: Order cancellation can be done at the initiative of the buyer or the Company. Cancellation at the buyer's initiative can be done without any cost after placing the order, by not confirming it by phone or at the latest until the moment the parcel is handed over by the Company to the transport company.

Product prices are those displayed at the date and time of placing the order by the user, as indicated on the Site and in the order summary. The total price will be indicated in the order form and will be paid by cash on delivery (with an additional fee of 5 RON), upon receipt of products, or upon placing the order by providing card details or performing a bank transfer. Shipping costs will be indicated separately in the order summary.

Delivery of products to the delivery location indicated in the order form will be done through a courier company. Delivery cost in Romanian localities: - FREE if the order value (after applying all discounts) exceeds 600 RON - FREE if ordered products are picked up from the Normandia store address in Oradea (provided the price was paid online at placement) - 28 RON for products ordered with delivery by courier The Company will make every effort to ensure delivery within at most 3 business days from the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.

The user undertakes to pick up the products ordered from Normandia. The buyer will ensure that the delivery address indicated in the order is one where they can be found from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. In the event that the courier does not find anyone at the delivery address or receipt of the parcel is refused, delivery will be attempted again. If both attempts fail, products will be returned to the Company, which may sell them to another person while recovering transport and storage costs from the user in question.

The Company owns all intellectual property rights (including copyright) over the Site, its name, and any information contained in the Site. Site visitors shall not act in any way that could prejudice the Company's rights and undertake not to use any sign or name similar or identical to the marks or names used by the Company (including 'Normandia Safety' and 'Normandia Safety Protect').

The Company reserves ownership of products sold based on user orders until full receipt of their price and delivery costs.

The Company wants all users to be fully satisfied with products purchased from the Site. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return them, and Normandia will return the value of the ordered products. Buyers have the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of receipt. The returned amount refers strictly to the cost of products. Returns are only possible if products have only been tried, not used for work, thus showing no signs of wear or damage. Return Procedure: Step 1: Verify conformity within 14 calendar days. Step 2: Check return conditions. Step 3: Send an email to comenzi@normandiasafetyprotect.ro with order details and the chosen option (replacement or refund). Step 4: Properly pack products to avoid damage during transport. Refunds will be made within at most 14 calendar days.

The user is solely responsible for choosing ordered products. Photographs are for informative purposes and may contain inaccuracies (color shades, dimensions). The manufacturer offers a warranty for products purchased. The Company is not responsible for the effects of its products on the person using them.

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of obligations if such failure is caused by a force majeure event (including site virus infection for reasons beyond the Company's control).

Personal data is processed regarding: legal obligations, creation and management of customer accounts, responding to requests, sending promotional information (with user consent), and managing social media pages.

The Company collects information directly (forms, orders), from traffic reports (IP, visit time), and through cookies. Full details are found in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Visitors undertake to provide real and valid data and assume they are over 18 years old to place orders and create accounts.

Visitors are responsible for the equipment used to access the Site. Copying/modifying/publishing information from the Site without written permission is prohibited. The Site shall be used only for lawful activities.

The Company reserves the right to modify/update Site content and policies at any time. Accessing the Site after an update represents acceptance of the new conditions. Checking content responsibility lies with the user.

The Site may contain links to other websites with different policies. Accessing these links is done at the visitor's exclusive liability.

The Site is protected by competitive security systems but cannot be completely free from vulnerabilities inherent to the online environment.

The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

All legal effects will be governed by Romanian law. Dispute resolution will be done by mutual agreement or through common law courts at the Company's headquarters.

This policy applies to the Company and Site users and is part of the Company's security policy set.
